This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and enhance relationships with key partners to promote engagement and boost business growth.

• Facilitate onboarding and training sessions for new partners, ensuring their integration and alignment with corporate strategies.

• Collaborate with partners during negotiations, meetings, and solution presentations.

• Oversee a portfolio of partners, identifying opportunities for growth, revenue enhancement, and strengthening partnerships.

• Track performance, engagement, and metrics related to opportunity generation, recommending actions to optimize outcomes.

• Strategize and implement activities for relationship building, training sessions, campaigns, and joint demand-generation projects. Recognize market opportunities and new collaboration channels with partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related disciplines.

• Proven experience in portfolio management, commercial relationship management, or partnership development.

• Background in consultative sales and B2B negotiations.

• Experience in onboarding and developing clients, partners, or channels.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and commercial management tools.

• Ability to analyze metrics and convert data into actionable insights.

• Proficient in utilizing artificial intelligence tools for enhancing productivity, prospecting, or commercial management.

• Preferred: Experience within technology companies, SaaS, DataTech, or recurring-revenue models.

• Knowledge of Salesforce.

• Understanding of the credit market, financial services, or data solutions.
