Family Office Director – Ivy League Admissions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Identify and directly engage with families from India’s top 500 business groups, focusing on parents of students in grades 9–12.

• Establish trust-based, long-term relationships with business owners, promoters, and family offices.

• Initiate and facilitate in-depth discussions concerning global education pathways and admissions to elite universities.

• Conduct face-to-face meetings with whole families; the expectation is to achieve closure through personal advisory discussions rather than remote communication.

• Leverage and enhance access to India’s Leading Business Families, as well as Promoter and CXO-led Family Office ecosystems, utilizing referrals, closed networks, and curated introductions.

• Develop insights into family aspirations, legacy planning, and educational positioning within ultra-wealthy demographics.

• Investigate partnerships with select premium schools where appropriate.

⛳️ Requirements

• MBA or postgraduate degree from a prestigious business school.

• Familiarity with international education systems (US/UK universities, global curricula).

• Courses or certifications in luxury management, hospitality, or client relationship management will be considered an asset.

• 8–10 years of experience in premium/luxury events, experiential marketing, or high-end client engagement roles.

• Demonstrated experience in curating and managing exclusive, invite-only events involving CXOs, promoters, and India’s leading business families.

• Strong capability to foster relationships through curated experiences, closed-door gatherings, and high-touch engagement formats.

• Experience managing discreet, high-value clientele with a strong focus on personalization and confidentiality.

• A minimum of 2–3 years of remote work experience is preferred.
