Family Nurse Practitioner, OR Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Provide patient care through telehealth services, which include telephonic triage calls, video appointments, and follow-up emails.

• Engage in ongoing education during weekly Clinical Rounds and through various learning methods.

• Collaborate with both virtual and in-office colleagues during daily huddles.

• Utilize specialized clinical training to deliver outstanding virtual patient care.

• Function as a member of the One Medical Virtual Medical Team, delivering evidence-based virtual healthcare alongside primary care providers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program and possess a national certification.

• Within the last 5 years, have at least 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care environment serving patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting with the same age range.

• Currently hold a license in Oregon, with the capability to obtain licenses in additional states.

• Availability to work on weekdays and weekends; required to work every other Saturday and Sunday.

• Flexibility to work various shifts including 7am–6pm PST, 12pm–11pm PST, and 1pm–12am PST.

• Strong clinical and communication abilities.

• Clinical competency in evidence-based primary care practices.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology to provide high-quality care.

• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Willingness to accept feedback and engage in self-reflection.

• Capability to handle uncertain situations involving patients and colleagues.

• Preparedness to adjust personal and interpersonal conduct to meet the needs of patients.
