Family Nurse Practitioner, CA Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct patient care through telehealth consultations, which include triage calls, video appointments, and follow-up emails.

• Engage in weekly Clinical Rounds and participate in various continuous education opportunities.

• Collaborate with both virtual and in-office colleagues during daily huddles.

• Utilize specialized clinical training to deliver outstanding virtual patient care.

• Acquire necessary state licensure and credentials for providing One Medical virtual primary care in additional states.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program with national certification.

• Within the last 5 years, provided care as an Advanced Practitioner for a minimum of 2 years in an outpatient primary care environment serving patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine context treating patients of all ages (0+).

• Currently hold a valid license in California and possess the capability to obtain licenses in other states.

• Certification in 103 or 104 is highly preferred; willingness to acquire it is required.

• Availability to work on weekdays and weekends (mandatory every other Saturday and/or Sunday).

• Current shift times span from 6am to 5pm, 7am to 6pm, 11am to 10pm, or 1pm to 12am PST.

• Possess exceptional clinical and communication skills.

• Demonstrate a passion for patient-centered primary care.

• Ability to effectively communicate and provide care to individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Competence in utilizing technology to ensure high-quality care delivery.

• Clinical expertise in evidence-based primary care practices.

• Willingness to be a vital member of a team focused on transforming healthcare delivery.
