Family Nurse Practitioner – CA Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Provide patient care through telehealth consultations, including phone triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups.

• Engage in ongoing education during weekly Clinical Rounds and through various learning methods.

• Collaborate with both virtual and in-office colleagues during daily huddles.

• Utilize specialized clinical training to deliver outstanding virtual patient care.

• Acquire additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical's virtual primary care services in other states.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduated from a recognized FNP program and hold a national certification.

• In the last five years, have practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for a minimum of two years in an outpatient primary care environment serving patients of all ages (0+), OR two years in urgent care or emergency medicine treating patients of all ages (0+).

• Currently possess a CA license with the capability to obtain additional state licenses.

• 103 or 104 certification is highly preferred; willingness to obtain is necessary.

• Availability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and/or Sunday required).

• Current shifts range from 6 am to 5 pm, 7 am to 6 pm, 11 am to 10 pm, or 1 pm to 12 am PST.

• Strong clinical and communication abilities.
