Family Law Paralegal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews with clients and oversee case files

• Prepare and submit legal documents

• Execute legal research and support trial preparations

• Organize calendars and facilitate communications with clients

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience working as a Paralegal (Family Law preferred)

• Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or Legal Studies

• Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail

• High degree of confidentiality and professionalism

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

• Familiarity with MyCase or comparable legal systems (preferred)
