This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assist the organization with all legal-related matters.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs).
• Oversee the Legal & Compliance Inbox and distribute tasks within the Legal Team.
• Act as the first point of contact for Requests for Information (RFIs) that need legal insights.
• Manage the weekly Managed Access Tracker efficiently.
• Collaborate with the business on sanctions screening procedures.
• Provide assistance to the Senior Legal Counsel and the agency responsible for intellectual property management.
• Support various legal, corporate, and compliance initiatives.
• Maintain the company's contract database and Legal SharePoint site.
• Revise the internal Paralegal Manual as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to UK Company legislation.
• Collaborate with the business, clients, and agencies regarding the preparation, review, and negotiation of CDAs.
• Manage the Legal & Compliance Inbox and the Legal Front Door system for distributing matters received from the business within the Legal Team.
• Serve as the first point of contact and oversee the portfolio of standard responses for any RFIs requiring legal input.
• Track and manage the weekly Managed Access Tracker.
• Work with the business on sanctions screening processes as needed.
• Provide administrative support to the Senior Legal Counsel and the external agency overseeing the Company’s intellectual property portfolio.
• Offer ad hoc legal assistance to the Legal Team on legal, corporate, and other compliance projects as required.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the Legal Team, including researching, drafting, and reviewing documents.
• Manage the GEMs database (company contract database or its equivalent) and the Legal SharePoint site.
• Keep the internal Paralegal Manual updated.
