Family Law Litigation Attorney, Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee and assist with ongoing family law litigation cases from initiation to conclusion.

• Prepare motions, pleadings, discovery materials, settlement agreements, and various family law documents.

• Perform legal research and contribute to case strategy development.

• Attend court hearings, mediations, depositions, and other necessary legal proceedings.

• Review case files to ensure the efficient progression of matters.

• Maintain communication with clients, opposing counsel, and the legal team throughout the litigation process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Florida.

• Residing in South Florida and available for in-person court appearances and hearings as required.

• At least 5+ years of experience in Florida family law litigation.

• Significant experience in motion practice, discovery, hearings, and mediations.

• Outstanding legal research, drafting, and analytical capabilities.

• Proven ability to manage multiple active litigation cases independently.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at meeting deadlines.

• Self-motivated with excellent communication and client management abilities.
