This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Make outbound calls to caregivers who have expressed interest in Abby Care (not cold calling).
• Assist caregivers throughout the intake procedure, which can take between 30 minutes to 1 hour.
• Place 50–80 calls daily, depending on the scheduled intakes.
• Follow up with caregivers through phone, SMS, and email regarding subsequent steps or any missing documents.
• Clearly articulate Abby Care’s services and influence caregivers who may be uncertain about the program.
• Act as the primary liaison for caregivers until they attend training.
• Occasionally liaise with providers and organizations to address questions regarding the program.
• Maintain a professional, empathetic, and supportive demeanor with caregivers.
• Document all interactions and update caregiver details in Salesforce and Dialpad.
• Monitor follow-ups to ensure no caregiver inquiry goes unanswered.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate cross-functionally with Nurses and Care Operations teams.
• Provide insights on workflows and contribute ideas to enhance intake and outreach processes.
• Adapt swiftly to changes as systems and processes evolve in a startup setting.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
• Advanced English language skills (C1–C2) with clear oral communication.
• Over 2 years of experience in one of the following areas:
• Customer Support.
• Call Center.
• Business Development.
• Client-facing roles (B2C).
• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare or medical settings.
• Proven experience managing inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Experience in leading or managing a team is a significant plus.
• Strong communication and persuasion capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfort with handling high call volumes.
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• College degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, phone systems, or comparable CRM systems (preferred).
• Experience in a startup or rapidly changing environment (preferred).
• Basic understanding of Portuguese (helpful but not mandatory).
