This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +2 more states.
• Formulating and implementing territory sales strategies to meet or surpass sales objectives for fall protection products
• Performing product demonstrations, safety presentations, and training sessions for clients and channel partners
• Acting as the subject matter authority within the territory regarding fall protection standards, regulations (OSHA, ANSI, ASSP, AGC), and best practices
• Working in collaboration with training, portfolio, activation, and technical teams to support critical initiatives and product rollouts
• Keeping precise records of activities, opportunity pipelines, and customer engagements in the CRM system (Salesforce)
• A bachelor’s degree or higher (must be completed and verified prior to commencement)
• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in fall protection and/or safety industry products within a private, public, government, or military setting
• A current, valid driver’s license
• At least ten (10) years of experience in safety or industrial sales within a private, public, government, or military context
• Familiarity with fall protection product categories (anchors, harnesses, lanyards, SRLs, engineered systems, rescue, confined spaces)
• Proficient in engaging an audience while delivering public speeches to large groups
• Experience in selling through industrial and construction distribution channels
• Proven track record in selling PPE or industrial products to end-user companies
• Capability to lift 50lbs, climb ladders, and work comfortably at heights
