This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and deliver on territory performance, encompassing fair count, revenue, and revenue per fair (RPF) objectives.

• Generate new bookings and re-bookings, establishing and nurturing a robust pipeline of fairs throughout the territory.

• Influence customer decisions and secure opportunities to enhance accounts and increase participation.

• Oversee a portfolio of accounts while fostering long-lasting relationships and repeat business.

• Collaborate with school hosts to boost traffic, engagement, and overall sales.

• Propose and upsell programs, promotions, and merchandising options that drive revenue.

• Equip hosts to effectively engage their school communities.

• Lead the organization of fairs as impactful, revenue-generating events.

• Actively manage retention efforts, ensure rebookings, strengthen partnerships, and mitigate risks for at-risk fairs.

• Conduct outbound and inbound customer outreach, follow-ups, and account management tasks.

• Record and document outreach, pipeline, and performance insights within the CRM system.

• Prioritize opportunities, manage pipelines, and work towards achieving sales targets.

• Meet or surpass activity expectations and territory performance objectives.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• At least three (3) years of demonstrated successful sales experience in territory/account management, personal selling, and customer expansion.

• Proven ability to close deals, influence customer decisions, and grow accounts.

• Experience in event management or customer-facing program execution is preferred.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Familiarity with Sales Automation, Customer Relationship Management, or web-based software programs.

• Knowledge of children's literature, Book Fairs, and school activities is desired.

• Capability to execute a vision, manage multiple priorities, and achieve measurable outcomes.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and influencing abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with peers, superiors, and clients.

• Proficient in marketing and merchandising strategy and execution.

• Requires extended periods of computer use and significant phone communication.

• Must be capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
