Facility Vendor – Client Services Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Client & Vendor Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for all inquiries from facilities and vendors, delivering timely and professional responses through email and phone.

• Issue Resolution & Tracking: Diligently monitor all requests, investigate any discrepancies, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift and effective resolution of issues.

• Proactive Coordination: Consistently follow up with internal departments to ensure tasks are completed on time and provide regular updates to facility leadership on pending items.

• Process Management: Assist in onboarding new vendors, oversee invoice approval processes, and address payment-related issues to avoid delays.

• Relationship Building: Cultivate and sustain strong, positive relationships with facility staff and key vendor contacts by offering outstanding customer service and ensuring reliable follow-through.

⛳️ Requirements

• High proficiency in English (B2, C1, or C2 level), both written and spoken.

• Ability to work full-time during US business hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Chicago Time (Central Standard Time).

• A strong attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy.

• Capable of working independently without supervision while also being an engaged, collaborative member of a remote team.
