Facility Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Holds overall accountability for the management and daily operations of all properties within the assigned region.

• Works collaboratively with maintenance staff to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with standards.

• Formulates strategies aimed at enhancing the overall reliability and safety of the facility, personnel, and processes.

• Manages and addresses emergency calls while overseeing urgent repairs.

• Plans and supervises the execution of audits, routine maintenance, and improvement initiatives for facilities and equipment.

• Cultivates and sustains strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, internal team members, and external service providers.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

• 5-8 years of experience in Facility Management.

• Must have a valid driver’s license.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety regulations, operating maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

• Proficient in writing routine reports and corresponding appropriately.

• Capable of effectively speaking to groups of customers or employees within an organization.

• Skillful in calculating figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumferences, and volume.

• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
