Facility Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assist the Facilities Management Group in ensuring timely maintenance of facilities by utilizing established processes and maintenance, repair, and replacement standards.

• Provide administrative support to a Facilities Management workgroup.

• Prepare purchase requisitions and handle the processing of invoices.

• Generate financial reports.

• Monitor purchased materials and services.

• Collaborate closely with Area, Region, and Facilities Management group teams.

• Maintain computer databases for purchase orders, work orders, and facility records.

• Communicate preventative maintenance schedules effectively.

• Execute other office and administrative tasks as required.

• Travel as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of two years of post-secondary education.

• Three to five years of varied clerical experience or equivalent, demonstrating computer skills and experience, including proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Applications, and an ability to learn new software applications as necessary.

• Strong communication skills, encompassing professional phone etiquette and effective business writing.

• Basic business accounting knowledge, particularly in relation to invoices, purchase orders, and contracts.

• Exceptional organizational skills, including filing, scheduling, time management, and prioritization.

• Required IFMA Training: Essentials of Facility Management.

• A strong emphasis on customer support.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy.

• Must live within the geographic area shaded in blue and no more than 30 minutes from the highlighted location.
