📋 Description

• Develop research-based white papers, industry reports, thought leadership articles, resource guides, and accompanying blog content centered on facilities operations, custodial management, maintenance, and operational technology.

• Perform primary and secondary research, analyze industry data, and distill findings into engaging, actionable content tailored for facilities leaders and decision-makers.

• Partner with internal subject matter experts to gather unique insights, conduct interviews, and translate technical information into user-friendly content.

• Leverage AI tools to enhance research, outlining, drafting, and content optimization while independently verifying facts, sources, and claims.

• Ensure all content is consistent with brand voice, showcases industry expertise, and bolsters organic search visibility, thought leadership, and AI discoverability initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to create content that strengthens the company’s position as a trusted authority in facilities and operations management.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of professional B2B content writing experience.

• Proven experience in creating white papers, reports, or research-oriented content.

• Strong skills in research and source validation.

• Ability to conduct interviews with SMEs and synthesize their expertise.

• Exceptional skills in long-form writing and storytelling.

• Highly collaborative and inquisitive.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted content workflows.

• Experience writing for technical or operational audiences.

• Background in facilities management and operations (not corporate real estate).

• Experience in interpreting operational datasets.

• Experience in survey or report writing.

• Experience repurposing webinar content.

• Understanding of SEO and best practices for AI visibility.
