This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Supervise facilities management services for a portfolio of industrial properties throughout Greater London.
• Grasp and execute client objectives and directives effectively.
• Create and present detailed facilities services reports to clients.
• Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships through consistent communication.
• Collaborate with site-specific stakeholders to meet the distinct needs of each location.
• Lead due diligence processes associated with facilities during property disposals and leasing.
• Implement and uphold facilities management practices in accordance with JLL's Facilities Management Best Practice Manual.
• Act as the primary contact for building operations.
• Address and resolve complex facilities challenges with minimal escalation.
• Manage protocols for emergency responses.
• Develop, oversee, and control service charge budgets.
• Set and assess contractor performance metrics.
• Direct the management of building plant and equipment.
• Plan and execute capital projects and enhancements.
• Create and revise occupier handbooks and communication materials.
• Perform regular site inspections and establish preventative maintenance programs.
• Demonstrated experience in facilities management, ideally within the commercial property sector.
• Relevant qualifications in facilities management, building services, or a related discipline.
• Thorough understanding of building systems and maintenance needs for high-end commercial properties.
• Outstanding communication and client service skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities coupled with commercial insight.
• Extensive knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficient in facilities management software/systems and budget oversight.
• Leadership qualities with a track record of managing service providers and contractors.
• Excellent organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple high-profile properties and priorities.
• This role may require occasional emergency response outside of regular business hours.
