This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Serve as the primary contact for daily Facilities Management services across one or more locations.
• Oversee and coordinate technical, administrative, and service delivery teams.
• Track Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across various facilities.
• Manage the lifecycle of corrective work orders from initiation through to completion.
• Monitor hours worked and secure approval for Not-To-Exceed (NTE) tasks.
• Perform quarterly account evaluations and pursue ongoing enhancements.
• At least 5 years of experience in facilities or property management within a corporate setting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in buildings (MEP).
• Strong skills in financial management and budgeting.
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and reporting tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work autonomously while effectively prioritizing multiple projects.
