This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Assisting our Federal Government client in the coordination of emergency management activities
• Overseeing and managing emergency management services while addressing on-site issues
• Supervising contractor performance and acting as the primary contact for emergency management inquiries
• Ensuring adherence to WH&S, environmental, and risk management regulations
• Keeping precise records in property and compliance management systems
• Australian Citizenship (a mandatory requirement)
• Excellent administrative and communication abilities
• Capability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously under strict operational deadlines
• Highly organized with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and online research tools
• Self-driven, confident, and adaptable to swiftly changing circumstances
• Previous experience in facilities management, property management, hospitality, or a similar field is preferred
