Fachsupport – Sales Support Versicherung

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You serve as the point of contact for our intermediaries regarding both technical and organizational inquiries.

• You provide support with digital tools and our sales platform.

• You engage in communication with product providers.

• You handle administrative data maintenance and contract processing.

• You assist our field service in their daily operations.

• You manage the telephone service for clients and intermediaries.

• You document claims and process them meticulously.

• You are the first point of contact for questions related to insurance.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a completed apprenticeship or a comparable qualification in the insurance industry.

• You impress with your communicative, friendly, and team-oriented demeanor.

• You are proficient in MS Office and navigate digital applications with ease.

• You think solution-oriented and exhibit a high degree of digital affinity.

• A strong customer and service orientation is second nature to you.

• You bring solid expertise in insurance products.

• You have excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.
