Facets Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate business and system requirements concerning Facets claims processing and healthcare payer operations.

• Offer functional expertise in Facets Claims, Accumulators, Payments, and ASO modules.

• Review claims, benefits, accumulations, payment processing, and associated healthcare payer workflows.

• Examine claims processing challenges, conduct root-cause analysis, and propose solutions.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and other technical groups to convert business requirements into functional specifications.

• Conduct data analysis and validation using Oracle SQL/PL/SQL.

• Assist with production issue analysis, defect resolution, testing, and implementation tasks.

• Assess claims data and system outputs to detect discrepancies and guarantee processing accuracy.

• Create and execute functional test scenarios for Facets enhancements and corrections.

• Engage in requirements gathering, impact analysis, system testing, and user acceptance testing.

• Record business processes, functional requirements, issue analysis, and solution proposals.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams in an Agile or comparable delivery environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Facets Analyst or in a comparable Facets-oriented position.

• Proficient hands-on knowledge of Facets Claims is essential.

• Familiarity with Facets Accumulators (Accums), Payments, and ASO.

• Strong comprehension of the US healthcare payer sector and healthcare claims processing.

• Background in analyzing claims processing issues and business requirements.

• Robust Oracle SQL/PL/SQL capabilities for data analysis and validation.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Experience collaborating with business and technical stakeholders in a healthcare IT setting.

• Capability to work remotely while supporting EST business hours.

• Familiarity with .NET or knowledge of .NET-based applications.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Understanding of healthcare EDI transactions and payer systems is an advantage.

• Previous experience with Facets implementations, enhancements, upgrades, or production support is preferred.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
