
Facebook Ads Specialist – Media Buyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Establish, oversee, assess, and expand Facebook campaigns and budgets daily, weekly, and monthly to optimize spending for sales growth while achieving strict ROI targets.
• Lead the development of new ad creatives through your own concepts as well as collaboration with copywriting and video creative teams to ensure fresh and engaging material is tested for every offer each week.
• Continuously brainstorm, implement, and evaluate the results of A/B testing for both creatives and campaign targeting to enhance engagement and conversions.
• Monitor and refine ad performance across all campaigns, including weekends and holidays, to maintain consistent ROI and swiftly address any performance changes.
• Conduct regular tracking and analysis of each campaign's performance.
• Prepare and present performance reports that highlight successes and areas for improvement.
• Address obstacles to scaling ad spend effectively.
• Remain informed about our offers, best practices in paid social media, and the competitive landscape.
• Engage in the innovation and enhancement of team systems for advertiser campaigns and launch processes.
• Over 3 years of experience in managing Facebook Ads campaigns, with a proven track record of results.
• Experience managing daily budgets of at least $10K.
• Ability to create compelling ad angles that drive conversions on Facebook.
• Preferred experience in direct-to-consumer marketing.
• Skilled in managing multiple projects with the ability to organize, prioritize, and structure workload effectively.
• A passion for the digital media sector, particularly in health and wellness, personal development, and related areas is preferred.
• Familiarity with basic video editing is an advantage.
• A proactive self-starter with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Capability to analyze data and formulate action plans based on insights.
• Willingness and ability to learn new concepts and systems swiftly.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• A solid team player, yet capable of thriving independently.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel and Google Docs).
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
