Facebook Ads Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance Facebook (Meta) advertising campaigns to achieve or surpass client objectives.

• Track and refresh daily performance metrics for campaigns.

• Create and present weekly reports on campaign performance.

• Innovate and evaluate new advertising concepts on a monthly schedule.

• Participate in the development of campaign strategies and optimization initiatives.

• Aid in the creation and enhancement of internal documentation for Facebook Ads and Social Ads.

• Support newsletter advertising operations, which include ad creation, newsletter updates, and campaign scheduling.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with Facebook (Meta) Ads.

• Solid understanding of ad creation, testing, and optimization processes.

• Experience in managing accounts and campaigns effectively.

• Capability to analyze performance data and make decisions based on data insights.

• Knowledge of email marketing is a significant advantage!

• Familiarity with news cycles and comprehension of native ads is a considerable plus!

• Strong independent decision-making and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Proficient in using tools such as Word, Excel, Google Docs/Sheets, email, and calendars.

• Strong time management skills and self-motivation are essential.

• Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Include “FB Ads Pro” in your resume or cover letter to demonstrate your attention to detail.

• Comfort with video calls is required.

• Must be available to work in the US Mountain Time Zone (graveyard shift in PH or at least 4 hours of overlap).

• Full-time availability is necessary, with 8-hour workdays for 5 days a week.

• A reliable internet connection and video call setup are mandatory.
