This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Establish and nurture relationships with financial advisors to increase asset generation within a designated territory.
• Provide education to financial advisors about available products and services through one-on-one or group meetings, branch visits, seminars, and trade shows/conferences.
• Create and execute wholesaling business strategies for the territory to meet sales targets.
• Share sales performance updates during weekly wholesaling meetings.
• Maintain comprehensive logs and databases of wholesaling activities, including broker profiles and ongoing or proposed sales efforts.
• Collaborate with the internal wholesaler assigned to your region to meet sales objectives by cultivating leads from referrals, marketing campaigns, and territory canvassing.
• Oversee the expense account while adhering to the designated budget.
• Lead initiatives, programs, or processes that involve cross-functional teams.
• Execute additional assigned tasks and responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in Finance or a related field, along with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in the financial services sector, or a comparable mix of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.
• SIE is mandatory unless an exemption or grandfathering is applicable.
• FINRA Series 7 is required, with the capability to obtain any other necessary licenses within sixty (60) days of employment.
• Understanding of fundamental concepts, principles, and practices related to the securities industry and asset management products.
• Familiarity with broker/dealer operations.
• Ability to discern customer needs through effective questioning and listening techniques.
• Competency in organizing, managing, and tracking multiple detailed tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in preparing and delivering clear, persuasive, and professional sales presentations to both small and large groups.
• Problem-solving skills adequate to analyze, research, and resolve inquiries and issues promptly.
• Capable of analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Proficiency in operating standard office equipment and necessary software applications.
• Capacity to represent the company in a professional manner.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to build and sustain effective working relationships.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
