External Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop new sales opportunities through direct engagement with primary contractors, including follow-up quotations, calls, and emails to drive new sales.

• Conduct research on company backgrounds and gather relevant lead information to identify new business prospects.

• Analyze customer purchasing patterns and provide management with detailed reports.

• Input, update, and manage CRM data pertaining to leads, prospects, and opportunities.

• Expand new business by collaborating with key decision-makers in the construction sector.

• Cultivate a robust network of industry and sector partners to foster business growth and retention.

• Meet and exceed sales KPIs and targets.

• Collaborate effectively as part of the broader sales teams, customer operations, and logistics.

• Contribute to sales meetings to share updates on the sales pipeline and progress regarding sales opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an external sales position, preferably within the construction industry, although this is not essential.

• Must be adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.

• Possess strong negotiation abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

• Capable of multi-tasking, organizing, and prioritizing tasks effectively.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment within a rapidly growing company.

• Must be confident, resilient, and focused on targets in a challenging yet rewarding industry.

• Skilled in identifying leads, managing prospects, and securing new business.

• Provide support to existing clients.

• Effectively exhibit knowledge of the product line.

• Meet defined goals and sales targets.

• Experience with building contractors is a plus.
