This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify and cultivate new client relationships
• Execute sales visits and deliver product demonstrations
• Lead consultative negotiations to successfully close sales
• Manage a portfolio of clients and explore business opportunities
• Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to post-sale support
• Engage in company events and commercial initiatives
• Formulate strategies to enhance market presence and boost outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience in field sales
• Background in consultative selling and negotiating high-value products or services
• Valid driver's license (CNH) and personal vehicle (mandatory requirement)
• Willingness to travel frequently and commute as needed
• Commercially oriented with strong negotiation abilities and a focus on results
• Experience within the dental industry is advantageous.
• Competitive compensation package
• Contract type: PJ (contractor / self-employed)
• Base salary along with allowances
• Commission of up to 5% on sales generated
• R$ 1,300.00 allowance for vehicle and travel-related expenses.
