Extern – Distribution Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Distribution Partners in your designated area to enhance brand visibility, execution, and product accessibility.

• Accompany Distribution Partners on site visits and engage with all levels—from driver teams to executives.

• Conduct retail store visits focusing on merchandising, promotional compliance, and identifying sales opportunities.

• Leverage data and insights to foster accountability with partners and make well-informed decisions.

• Establish relationships with store owners and managers to increase shelf space, boost sell-through rates, and enhance the customer experience.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to identify challenges and propose solutions that promote growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Transitioning service members eligible for the DoD SkillBridge Program with pre-approval from Chain of Command and within 180 days of separation.

• Ability to engage in an internship lasting 150-180 days.

• Willingness to travel 60% of the time (approximately 3 days per week).

• Strong alignment with BRCC’s mission and a commitment to supporting the Veteran, Military, and First Responder communities.

• Eager to learn and grow.

• Open to asking questions, seeking feedback, and taking initiative.

• Prepared to hustle—this position is field-facing rather than office-based.

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to hold individuals accountable in a respectful, data-driven manner.
