This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Responsible for managing a segment of a client account or multiple client accounts.
• Adheres to all functional policies and ensures compliance with all standard operating procedures.
• Meets expectations and completes all tasks, ensuring progress towards goals and objectives.
• Assists in executing the calendar of events from preseason preparations through postseason shutdown for landscape and snow services.
• Addresses customer issues as they arise during daily operations.
• Supports and balances vendor sourcing to enhance unification and boost profitability.
• Operates within various customer portals, third-party systems, and KBS proprietary technology.
• Aids in identifying procedural issues and trends, sharing examples of best practices with leadership.
• Capable of performing the essential functions of this position (with or without reasonable accommodation) without presenting a specific, current risk of significant harm to the health and safety of oneself and others.
• Performs additional related duties as required and assigned.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with advanced skills in Excel required.
• Experience with WinTeam and Corrigo is advantageous.
• A minimum of 3 years in an account coordinator position, preferably with experience in exterior services or another service-oriented field with significant customer/client interaction.
