Export Manager – Fragrance Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Formulate and execute detailed export strategies to enhance market share and meet revenue objectives in designated regions.

• Analyze emerging market trends, competitive challenges, and opportunities for growth to guide strategic decisions.

• Spearhead market research initiatives to identify and assess potential new export markets, evaluate market viability, and prioritize entry strategies.

• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders to promote market growth and penetration.

• Establish ambitious sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for export teams, tracking performance against these targets.

• Propel revenue growth through strategic sales approaches, pricing enhancements, and promotional activities tailored for international markets.

• Develop and sustain robust relationships with important international clients, distributors, and strategic partners.

• Act as the main contact for major accounts, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Ensure adherence to international trade laws, export controls, and customs processes in all export operations.

• Address risks related to currency fluctuations, political unrest, and other external factors that could impact export activities.

• Create and oversee the export budget, effectively allocating resources to support strategic goals and maximize return on investment (ROI).

• Track financial performance, analyze discrepancies, and take corrective measures as necessary to meet financial objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• Master’s degree is preferred.

• Comprehensive understanding of global trade dynamics, export regulations, and market trends.

• Demonstrated experience in export management or international sales leadership within the fragrance sector or a comparable field.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• Proficient in English.
