Expert Test Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and execute automated GUI tests utilizing Selenium WebDriver in conjunction with C# unit tests.

• Develop, implement, and execute automated functional API tests on REST services leveraging C# and RestSharp.

• Define and carry out functional manual test scenarios and scripts that present challenges for automation.

• Detect, re-evaluate, and document defects.

• Assist in the formulation of test plans.

• Facilitate user acceptance testing activities.

• Contribute to system integrations by actively participating in the implementation and testing of API integrations and REST web services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 14 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance as a Test Analyst and/or Test Automation Engineer.

• Involvement in at least 3 projects that required GUI and API testing.

• Proficient in C# or Java programming for test automation.

• Familiarity with object-oriented techniques, design patterns, and industry best practices.

• Understanding of Git and the process of pull requests.

• Strong knowledge of manual regression testing and regression test automation at both UI and API levels, utilizing appropriate frameworks such as RestAssured, RestSharp, and WebDriver.

• Solid understanding of Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) methodology, its principles, and practical application.

• Familiarity with BDD automation tools like SpecFlow and Cucumber.

• Good grasp of DevOps best practices, including continuous testing and build and release pipelines.

• Knowledgeable in system- and acceptance-level testing using dynamic, static, and experience-based testing techniques.
