This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing both immediate needs and long-term strategies.

• Establish trust with client decision-makers by comprehending their goals, industry context, contractual obligations, and Acxiom’s services to effectively align solutions.

• Assist in conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate value and realign objectives as necessary.

• Cultivate strategic client relationships to identify and qualify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expansion.

• Coordinate efforts internally to develop new capabilities, collaborating with others to formulate and present upsell proposals.

• Collaborate with new logo pursuit specialists during the proposal and contracting phases to ensure a successful transition to operations.

• Guarantee ongoing value delivery and long-term satisfaction through proactive engagement and strategic guidance.

• Sponsor and supervise upsell projects to ensure timely and high-quality execution among internal teams.

• Work alongside delivery managers, maintaining operational rigor by ensuring accurate billing, resource allocation, and compliance.

• Build strong relationships with internal product and IT experts to stay informed of potential client impacts and new offerings.

• Track account health and usage metrics to foresee risks and enhance retention efforts.

• Clearly communicate with stakeholders and influence internal priorities to bolster client success.

• Solicit feedback, implement learnings, and contribute to initiatives that improve client experiences and foster internal innovation.

• Act as the escalation point for issues, feedback, and troubleshooting—both for clients and internally regarding all contracted products and services.


⛳️ Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in Service Partnership, Customer Success, or Account Management in client-facing roles within consulting or agency environments.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while utilizing exceptional communication skills.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of tools.

• Focused on client needs through establishing credibility and fostering relationships.

• Proactive in taking action and/or shifting strategies to meet objectives.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
