Expert Finance Transformation, Accounting Advisory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Providing consultancy to clients in corporate management, process optimization, accounting, and controlling.

• Acting as a liaison between the specialist departments and IT for the implementation of complex requirements.

• Taking on project tasks in the area of finance transformation.

• Creating structured process documentation using tools such as Signavio.

• Contributing to transformation projects either within project teams or through project management.

• Identifying and implementing optimization potentials in the finance sector.

• Supporting executives in the digitalization and strategic development of finance and accounting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed a business degree with a focus on finance, accounting, bookkeeping, or controlling.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting, controlling, or corporate planning.

• Experience in management consulting or a strong interest in it.

• Interest in strategic work within the field of finance transformation.

• Knowledge of process modeling (e.g., using Signavio).

• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Very good German language proficiency.
