This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Experiential Marketing Leads, the Experiential Marketing Associate, and the Account Team to transform clients’ visions into reality.
• Conduct research and evaluate potential vendors and partners.
• Assist in vendor and partner outreach, negotiation, contracting, and payment processes.
• Provide insights on the quality of vendor and partner execution.
• Identify trends and propose methods to incorporate them into existing programs.
• Adhere to experiential project timelines while managing deadlines and deliverables.
• Create and maintain project sheets, trackers, and production timelines.
• Aid in the optimization and enhancement of programs and processes.
• Compile metrics into reporting templates and keep stakeholders updated.
• Facilitate the processing of invoices and payment requests for partners and vendors.
• Assist with both internal and external communications.
• Represent BibRave and its clients in a professional manner.
• Take ownership of assigned aspects of experiential programs while supporting senior team members in planning, production, vendor management, on-site execution, and reporting.
• Report directly to the Director of Experiential Marketing.
• 1–3 years of experience in experiential marketing and/or managing intricate projects and programs.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, Canva, Monday.com (or similar project management tools), and AI tools like ChatGPT.
• Willingness and ability to travel 3–5 times annually.
• Exceptional social intelligence.
• Service-oriented mindset with a focus on hospitality.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Clear and effective business writing across email, Slack, Monday.com, presentations, and other communication platforms.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and a bias towards action.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
• Self-motivated with the capability to set and meet deadlines.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Experience with in-person events and familiarity with the running/racing/multisport industry is a plus.
• A passion for the fitness, running, outdoor, or wellness sectors.
