This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Conduct sales presentations generated by marketing through screen-sharing technology.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential owners by pursuing and following up on leads and referrals.
• Tailor the sales experience to meet the unique needs and preferences of each prospective owner.
• Ensure the accurate completion of all necessary paperwork during the sales contract process.
• Foster customer relationships post-sale to guarantee ongoing owner satisfaction.
• Respond to owner inquiries about property usage and local amenities.
• Reach out to owners to assess their satisfaction, highlight upcoming promotions, and explore business opportunities.
• Cultivate trust with prospective owners throughout the entire sales journey.
• Finalize and complete the sales contract process.
• At least 2 years of experience in timeshare sales is highly preferred.
• Possession of a Real Estate License or Timeshare Sales License.
• Completion of high school diploma or GED.
• Strong proficiency in English.
• Proficient in computer skills, particularly in Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
• Must keep an active and valid professional Real Estate License if required by law.
• A minimum of two years of related face-to-face timeshare sales experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with virtual sales methodologies is preferred.
