Experienced Business Analyst – Pharmacy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Take the lead in addressing critical needs to enhance health and human services outcomes for clients.

• Oversee workstreams and teams on IT projects to ensure solutions align with client business priorities.

• Leverage your expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and act as a liaison for both clients and internal teams, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical personnel to translate requirements into tangible results.

• Distribute tasks among teams, while coaching and monitoring project members to effectively plan, design, and refine intricate business processes and modifications.

• Optimize workflows between clients and technical staff to identify, document, and supervise the execution of system requirements.

• Facilitate quality control by approving and validating test outcomes to ensure all requirements have been fulfilled.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of nine years of experience in the Healthcare Industry as a Business Analyst, including at least three years of Medicaid and Medicare experience.

• Strongly preferred: Experience in pharmacy.

• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel features, such as macros, and/or relational database software.

• Capability to clearly and succinctly convey technical requirements to a non-technical audience.

• Experience in business processes and re-engineering.

• A strong desire to solve complex problems, along with excellent interpersonal skills to engage and influence clients and team members.
