Experienced Business Analyst – Medicaid

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Oversee business analysis initiatives for intricate, high-stakes healthcare projects.

• Act as the Project Business Lead (BL), facilitating collaboration among various Business Analysts.

• Collaborate with project leaders and client stakeholders to convert business requirements into top-notch system solutions.

• Lead and conduct workshops for requirements gathering, design discussions, and solution reviews.

• Guarantee the integrity of end-to-end solutions by ensuring alignment between requirements, technical design, and operational impacts.

• Work closely with the Test Lead and testing team to synchronize test scenarios and test cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of nine years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a requirements lead role.

• Proven experience in supporting Medicaid or healthcare system implementations (mandatory).

• Demonstrated experience in leading teams of Business Analysts.

• Established capability in leading requirements gathering, design coordination, and the delivery of complex system solutions.

• Strong understanding of requirements gathering and documentation, as well as SDLC/PLC processes.

• Excellent facilitation and communication abilities.
