Experience Consultant III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire internship vacancy process, from aligning profiles to closing opportunities.

• Collaborate with hiring managers, ensuring consistent communication, feedback, and adherence to timelines.

• Source candidates from the database and maintain regular contact with them throughout the recruitment process.

• Daily monitoring of emails, systems, and vacancy-related trackers.

• Evaluate processes to identify bottlenecks, risks, and areas for improvement.

• Suggest strategic solutions to challenges regarding candidate attraction, selection, and closure of vacancies.

• Assist in reporting vacancy information and status updates to the client’s HR team.

• Keep trackers and systems current, ensuring all activities are traceable.

• Collaborate with leadership by providing analyses, highlighting key focus areas, and making recommendations.

• Utilize knowledge of market trends and Generation Z behavior to enhance candidate attraction and engagement strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Professional experience is essential in the relevant application field, although the minimum duration is not specified.

• Proficiency in Excel.

• Strong consultative communication skills.
