Expense Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Become knowledgeable in product functionality and customer use cases.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Engineering, etc.) to manage escalations.

• Achieve productivity and quality KPIs while identifying opportunities for operational enhancements.

• Raise risks to leadership, providing subject matter expertise for potential solutions.

• Implement and assess processes, recommending improvements for optimal efficiency.

• Assist in the creation and re-engineering of policies and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of KYC/KYB compliance experience within the fintech or travel industry.

• A critical thinker who thinks creatively and seeks resolutions.

• Strong focus on customer service and relationship-building capabilities.

• Highly organized, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines under pressure.

• Demonstrated ability to meet targets in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

• Process-oriented, with a talent for automation and improvement.

• Able to adapt to change with flexibility and agility in a dynamic environment.

• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, with experience in process initiation and maturity.

• Possesses an ownership mindset along with problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Prior experience with Salesforce is a plus.
