This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Generate new business opportunities through direct prospecting by identifying potential clients and prospects that align with the SoftExpert product portfolio;
• Manage the entire sales cycle, including qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation, and closing;
• Negotiate proposals, contracts, and renewals to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction;
• Keep sales forecasts and stages (from lead to opportunities) consistently updated in the CRM;
• Conduct persuasive presentations of the solution;
• Provide product requirement feedback for product development;
• Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge regarding products and services;
• Travel within the designated territory;
• Discover and demonstrate competitive advantages that differentiate us from market competitors;
• Take the lead on initiatives that generate business for SoftExpert.
• Experience in selling IT services or products;
• Strong background in IT sales;
• Assertive communication skills (both oral and written) and presentation abilities;
• Strong prospecting capability and negotiation skills;
• Persistence and the ability to work independently;
• Discipline, organization, and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to sell high-value-added solutions;
• Ability to translate technical concepts into commercial terms;
• Familiarity with B2B marketing and CRM.
