This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Provide consultative assistance to corporate clients, understanding their needs, operational context, and risk profile;
• Build strong relationships, fostering loyalty and value perception;
• Monitor the customer journey, offering technical and commercial support throughout the policy cycle;
• Prepare, present, and track quotes and commercial proposals aligned with client needs;
• Conduct strategic negotiations with insurers and clients, ensuring competitiveness and profitability;
• Perform visits, meetings, presentations, and prospecting actions, identifying opportunities for portfolio expansion;
• Manage and track insurance renewals, assessing risks, adjusting coverage, and ensuring retention;
• Analyze portfolio performance, suggesting product adjustments according to client evolution;
• Monitor expiration dates, documentation pending, and proposal feedback, ensuring operational fluidity;
• Process requests for new policies, endorsements, beneficiary changes, coverage modifications, billing, and premiums;
• Assist clients in resolving pending issues, delays, or reinstatement of policies;
• Notify insured parties and agents about policy changes, cancellations, or contractual adjustments;
• Record interactions, proposals, movements, and negotiation statuses in systems such as Quiver and CRM;
• Update client data to ensure history, traceability, and information quality;
• Track commercial indicators and support the generation of reports for leadership.
• High School Diploma;
• Experience in consultative sales and strategic negotiation, focusing on need identification, objection management, solution building, and closing deals;
• Knowledge of insurance products and sectors (Auto, Life, Business, Health, Liability, among others);
• Ability to interpret and analyze policies, coverage, deductibles, clauses, risks, and exclusions;
• Experience in managing a corporate portfolio, focusing on retention, expansion, and client development;
• Understanding of the quoting, underwriting, and renewal processes for insurance;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for conducting meetings, commercial presentations, and proposal preparation;
• Analytical profile for identifying opportunities, data analysis, and risk assessment;
• Organizational and commercial discipline for managing pipeline, follow-up, targets, and account prioritization;
• Familiarity with brokerage management systems and CRM, such as Quiver, for proposal and client portfolio tracking.
