This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify and analyze the potential opportunities in this market for 3M.
• Lead the development and implementation of opportunities with a regional focus in the states of Rio de Janeiro and Espírito Santo.
• Establish a routine of visits to clients under your responsibility and support the development of key clients using the Salesforce tool.
• Collaborate on the specification of 3M products within your clients and through sales channels.
• Bachelor's degree completed.
• Experience in sales within the industrial market.
• Skill in developing application solutions for industrial processes.
• Willingness to travel.
• Reside in the state of Rio de Janeiro or nearby region.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Intermediate Spanish proficiency.
• Experience with industrial tapes and adhesives.
• Background in industrial markets and the Oil and Gas segment.
