This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Prospect, develop, and manage the client portfolio in the region, identifying new business opportunities;
• Engage in consultative selling of solutions for CME, understanding client needs and proposing high-value-added solutions;
• Create commercial strategies to expand the company's market share;
• Lead complex commercial negotiations, overseeing all stages of the sales process until the implementation of solutions;
• Develop commercial projects in collaboration with technical areas, gathering client needs and sizing solutions;
• Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring predictability and achievement of commercial targets;
• Build relationships with CME nurses, hospital managers, clinical engineers, supply teams, and other stakeholders;
• Collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs), keeping abreast of market trends and enhancing the company's presence in the region;
• Participate in congresses, scientific events, training sessions, and product demonstrations;
• Support training for clients and the sales team in partnership with Marketing and Product Specialists;
• Monitor commercial indicators, competition, and growth opportunities in the market;
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Nursing, Biomedicine, Biomedical Engineering, Physiotherapy, or related fields;
• Strong experience in the commercial area, preferably with the sale of medical equipment, medical devices, or solutions for the hospital environment;
• Background in consultative sales for hospitals, clinics, and major accounts;
• Experience in strategic negotiations and client portfolio management;
• Knowledge of the hospital market and processes related to the Central of Material and Sterilization;
• Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Office Suite;
• Excellent communication skills, a consultative profile, and negotiation abilities;
• Willingness to travel frequently;
• Valid category B driver's license;
• Reside in Porto Alegre/RS;

• Experience with solutions for **Central of Material and Sterilization (CME)**, such as autoclaves, thermal disinfectors, ultrasonic washers, sealers, traceability, technical furniture, and other equipment for material processing;
• Experience in the medical devices and hospital technology sector;
• Established relationships with hospitals, CME nurses, infection control committees (CCIH), and clinical engineering teams;
• Experience selling to public and private institutions;
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
