This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Providing personalized support to existing clients.
• Ensuring their needs are effectively met.
• Managing the contract renewal process with clients.
• Proactively identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Actively seeking new clients by understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
• Maintaining constant communication with internal departments.
• The candidate must have experience in B2B sales.
• Strong performance in prospecting and developing a client portfolio.
• Conducting commercial negotiations and assessing market potential.
• Ability to maintain and strengthen relationships with active clients.
• Mastery in creating joint business plans and monitoring trends and competition is expected.
• Capability to assist clients with training, commercial proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
• Skills for tracking sales KPIs and preparing management reports.
• Experience in managing a credit portfolio, especially in personal loans, is desirable.
