This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with customer accounts through proactive and personalized communication.

• Native or fluent in Spanish with a good command of English (B2 level or above).
• Over 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in the online gaming industry (online casino) or in a land-based casino.
• Proficient in handling high-value clients from Mexico.
• Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-driven and proactive professional with a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and public relations capabilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to tailor communication styles to various personalities.
• Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accountability.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer engagement tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of local market trends, events, and networking opportunities is a significant advantage.
