• Act as the executive sponsor for significant programs and accounts.
• Foster trusted relationships with high-level government stakeholders.
• Manage critical communications, escalations, and recovery initiatives.
• Propel organic growth, ensure recompete success, and strategize for pre-RFP positioning.
• Convert delivery insights into future opportunity development.
• Lead and nurture a high-performing team of delivery leaders.
• Define clear accountability and role clarity across leadership tiers.
• Cultivate a strong leadership pipeline and succession plan.
• Promote a culture of ownership, transparency, and ongoing improvement.
• Oversee portfolio performance in terms of cost, schedule, scope, and quality.
• Guarantee consistent, real-time visibility into program health.
• Direct intervention and recovery strategies for programs at risk.
• Institute consistent delivery practices across programs without imposing unnecessary bureaucracy.
• Alleviate operational stresses on delivery leaders and enhance organizational leverage.
• Design and implement a cohesive delivery system.
• Transition from manual reporting and coordination to system-driven workflows and automation.
• Merge program, financial, staffing, and risk data into a unified context layer.
• Establish system-driven governance, ensuring:
• Program health, risks, and financials are accessible in real time.
• Escalations occur based on exceptions and in a timely manner.
• Eliminate redundant reporting, tools, and coordination layers.
• Define and uphold minimum operating Standards (MOS) through systems instead of manual processes.
• Ensure the system accommodates both:
• Consistent standards where necessary.
• Flexibility and autonomy at the team level.
• Collaborate with platform, data, and AI teams to:
• Facilitate automated reporting and insights.
• Introduce predictive risk indicators.
• Support agent-assisted workflows.
• Establish ongoing, system-driven governance with exception-based escalation processes.
• Maintain audit readiness and compliance with government contracting standards.
• Develop proactive practices for risk identification and mitigation across the portfolio.
• Lead executive-level governance and risk assessments.
• Oversee revenue predictability, margin performance, and portfolio health.
• Ensure precise forecasting and robust EAC discipline across all programs.
• Collaborate with Finance to enhance financial transparency and decision-making.
• Drive accountability for financial outcomes at both program and portfolio levels.
• Over 10 years of experience leading delivery in government contracting or similarly regulated sectors.
• Demonstrated experience managing large, complex program portfolios.
• Experience in leading leaders within scaled organizations (multi-layered delivery teams).
• In-depth expertise in program, portfolio, and delivery management.
• Strong financial acumen, including skills in forecasting and EAC management.
