This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Collaborate with Media leadership to establish and implement business strategies that foster growth, enhance profitability, ensure operational excellence, and create market differentiation.
• Oversee Media operations comprehensively, encompassing the operating model, delivery infrastructure, and daily group performance.
• Spearhead operational integration, process standardization, and change management across both acquired and legacy organizations.
• Manage operational governance, along with capacity and resource planning, and organizational structuring.
• Collaborate with Client Finance to convert operational plans into financial results.
• Design and refine business processes, governance structures, operating models, and decision-making frameworks.
• Facilitate growth through commercial operations, rigorous pricing and scoping, operational readiness, and scalable business development processes.
• Partner with teams across Media, Analytics, Medical, Creative, Technology, and Integrated Communications to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Propel the adoption of AI, automation, data, and emerging technologies.
• Create operational dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to assess delivery performance, capacity, utilization, and growth.
• Foster a high-performing culture that emphasizes accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Over 15 years of leadership experience in healthcare media, healthcare marketing, agency operations, business strategy, consulting, or related fields.
• Proven track record in leading business operations, organizational scaling, process transformation, governance, operational integration, and initiatives for commercial growth.
• Solid understanding of healthcare media, omnichannel engagement, analytics, and the changing landscape of healthcare marketing.
• Experience in driving revenue growth, profitability, forecasting, resource management, and operational performance.
• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional teams and influence executive stakeholders within highly matrixed environments.
• Strong financial acumen, including skills in revenue forecasting, margin optimization, staffing models, and business planning.
• Experience in leveraging AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and change management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Capability to build and scale high-performing businesses.
• Ability to translate growth strategies into operational plans and measurable outcomes.
• Experience thriving in complex, matrixed organizations and aligning teams around common objectives.
