Executive Vice President – Global Engineering

📋 Description

• Spearhead the implementation of agentic AI development methodologies

• Develop and carry out the technological strategy and a multi-year engineering plan

• Make pivotal architectural choices to break down legacy systems

• Revolutionize current manual QA and deployment processes into an automated, fast-release engineering framework

• Establish a metrics-oriented engineering culture from the outset

• Integrate the engineering team under a cohesive, contemporary development approach

• Collaborate closely with the EVP of Global Product to ensure synchronization between product strategy and engineering execution

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of advanced software engineering experience in operational roles

• Hands-on experience with contemporary agentic AI development tools

• Proven experience utilizing AI to reverse-engineer outdated codebases

• Demonstrated success in executing significant cloud infrastructure migrations and consolidations

• Strong expertise in agile methodologies at scale

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline

• Outstanding skills in cross-functional collaboration
