Executive Vice President – Cloud Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Take complete P&L accountability for the Cloud Services division, fostering revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.

• Guide, mentor, and nurture a high-performing global team tasked with cloud operations, service delivery, and client support.

• Create and implement a strategic roadmap for the Cloud services portfolio.

• Act as the executive sponsor for critical client relationships.

• Promote operational excellence through secure, dependable, and highly available service delivery.

• Collaborate with sales and product teams throughout the client engagement lifecycle.

• Deliver executive-level reports on service performance, financial outcomes, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• 15+ years of pertinent work experience in the IT or Healthcare IT sectors.

• 7+ years of progressive executive leadership experience.

• Demonstrated success in managing a substantial P&L for a cloud, managed services, or professional services organization.

• Proven ability to build, scale, and lead high-performing technical and service delivery teams.

• Strong business and financial acumen.

• Experience in developing and executing effective business strategies.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred.

• An MBA is highly advantageous.

• May require after-hours engagement for urgent client or business requirements.

• Up to 40% travel may be necessary for client meetings and internal strategy discussions.
