This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Manage intricate new and renewal accounts in Auto, General Liability, and Worker’s Compensation.

• Act as a customer industry representative to enhance the customer experience.

• Apply structured exposure evaluation, risk assessment, and pricing methodologies.

• Leverage risk insights, data, and models to make well-informed decisions.

• Engage in market-facing activities and production within the Construction division.

• Administer and oversee adherence to underwriting guidelines, laws, and regulations.

• Operate within broad limits of authority on complex assignments.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, along with 5+ years of experience in Underwriting or Market Facing, or 10+ years in Claims or Underwriting Support, or a Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with an Associate Degree and 3+ years in Underwriting, or 8+ years in Claims/Underwriting Support, or 7+ years in Underwriting/Market Facing or Banking, Mortgage, Finance, and Construction, or 14+ years in Claims/Underwriting Support, or 5+ years with an Associate Degree in relevant fields, or 12+ years in Claims/Underwriting Support.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
