Executive Search Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with client-side researchers to develop a search strategy, including a detailed target company list and candidate archetypes.

• Conduct thorough desk research on a search strategy tailored to specific roles and projects.

• Focus on one client at a time to gain a deep understanding of their culture, both socially and professionally.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to illustrate the importance of effective talent management practices.

• Deliver an outstanding client experience by partnering with senior recruiters for top-of-funnel and hiring event support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Executive Recruiting, whether in an agency or in-house environment.

• Proven background in supporting senior-level engineering and product hiring.

• Strong abilities in sourcing, along with expertise in recruitment analysis and research.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills when interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.

• Outstanding organizational capabilities and attention to detail.

• A technical educational background is preferred.
