This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial discussions to candidate placement.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to implement retained search projects.
• Seek out, engage, and attract elite B2B sales talent across North America.
• Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and market analysis.
• Conduct insightful and consultative discussions with candidates to evaluate their capabilities, motivations, and suitability.
• Provide highly qualified candidate shortlists that meet client expectations and adhere to Peak standards.
• Apply Peak's established search methodology in each engagement.
• Foster long-term relationships with sales professionals based on trust and credibility.
• Ensure a premier candidate experience through consistent communication and professionalism.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
• Uphold the Peak brand with integrity and excellence in every interaction.
• Meet and exceed activity, pipeline, and placement targets.
• Maintain accurate and disciplined data management in Salesforce.
• Successfully manage multiple search projects while maintaining high quality.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance processes and outcomes.
• Exemplify Peak's mission and values in all facets of your work.
• 2–3 years of experience in executive search, agency recruiting, or sales-centric headhunting.
• Proven track record of identifying and engaging passive candidates.
• Experience in recruiting B2B sales professionals is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build credibility with senior sales leaders and top performers.
• Comfortable with high levels of outreach and relationship building via phone, video, and digital platforms.
• Excels in a metrics-driven, high-performance environment.
• Outstanding organizational skills, discipline, and personal accountability.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems is preferred.
